As we enter our eleventh
year of business, our years of service to Dallas has lead us to create a more
enhanced dining experience . Combined with the opportunity for an exciting
nightlife, and a chef-driven menu at Sipango, we provide a dining and
entertainment experience that is welcome to a mature palate and a sophisticated
music audience.
Wednesday nights feature
live music with the Havana NRG (Luis Latin Night) and Thursday nights will
feature live music from Sipango’s All Star Jazz Band with Scott Buckin and the
Sandra Kay . Friday and Saturday nights you can still “boogie the night away”
in the Main Bar area and The Rio Room.
The Sellar is available for your private party needs.We encourage you to
visit our web site at Sipango.com to view our private rooms and check our music
schedules and show times for your party dates.
If
you are a party of one or two, or have a group you'd like to entertain, Sipango
is available to meet your custom needs.
For parties of 15 or more we offer several different menu options for
your banquet needs. Our most popular
package is a preset menu for a four-course dinner at a cost of $50.00 per
person. For this price you receive a
appetizer, salad, an entrée, and dessert.
Prices are subject to change and do not include beverage, tax or
gratuity.
Let us help you customize your events. Ask
us about special wines, cakes, limousine transportation, flowers or balloon
arrangements, disco parties and wine cellar events. Don’t forget our famous New

GUARANTEE
A
FINAL CONFIRMATION OR GUARANTEED NUMBER OF GUESTS IS REQUIRED BY THREE BUSINESS
DAYS (72 hours) PRIOR TO THE FUNCTION.
THIS NUMBER WILL BE CONSIDERED FINAL AND CHARGES WILL BE MADE
ACCORDINGLY. OTHERWISE, THE GUARANTEE
LISTED ON YOUR CONTRACT WILL BE CONSIDERED THE FINAL COUNT. EVENTS ARE FINAL
ONLY WITH A SIGNED EVENT ORDER AND PAID DEPOSIT. ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED IF THERE ARE MORE GUESTS
ATTENDING WITHOUT A 24 HOUR NOTICE.PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE PRIOR TO
SIGNING AN EVENT ORDER.
DEPOSITS
A DEPOSIT OF 50% OF THE ESTIMATED
FOOD AND BEVERAGE COST IS DUE AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION. DEPOSITS ARE REFUNDABLE UP TO 30 DAYS PRIOR
TO FUNCTION. IF A CANCELLATION OCCURS
WITHIN THIS 30 DAYS, THE DEPOSITS WILL BE FORFEITED.
ROOM CHARGES
THERE IS A $100-$400 ROOM FEE TO
RESERVE A PRIVATE ROOM AND AN ADDITIONAL $100 SERVICE FEE FOR ANY PARTY.

SERVICE CHARGE
A TWENTY PERCENT (20%) SERVICE
CHARGE AND APPLICABLE STATE AND LOCAL TAXES WILL BE ADDED TO ALL FOOD AND
BEVERAGE CHARGES.
MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES
SIPANGO MUST PROVIDE ALL FOOD; NO
FOOD OR BEVERAGES WILL BE PERMITTED TO BE BROUGHT IN BY PATRON OR HIS OR HER
GUESTS. A CORKAGE CHARGE OF $25 PER
BOTTLE OR MORE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY WINE BY THE BOTTLED BROUGHT IN BY THE
GUEST. THE WINE TYPE MUST BE REQUESTED IN WRITING FOR APPROVAL BY
MANAGEMENT. ALL TABC RULES AND
REGULATIONS APPLY. IF YOU CHOOSE TO
BRING IN YOUR OWN CAKE, A $2.50 PER PERSON CAKE CUTTING FEE WILL APPLY.

VALET PARKING IS AVAILABLE FOR $5.OO PER

NIGHTLY. FOR PARTIES IN THE RIO ROOM
YOU CAN HAVE A DJ FOR $75 AN HOUR. (3HR MIN.)
